These terms govern use of module-pathhub.digital. By using the site you accept them. They do not themselves govern an advisory engagement; any engagement requires separate written terms identifying scope, fee and responsible adviser.

3. Enquiries and confidentiality

Submitting the contact form does not create an adviser-client relationship. Please send only the requested summary until a conflict check is complete. We do not guarantee availability or acceptance of a matter.

4. Intellectual property

The site’s text, design and original graphics belong to Module Pathhub or its licensors. Personal reading and printing are permitted. Republishing, commercial extraction or removal of attribution requires prior written permission.

5. Availability and external material

We aim for accurate, available pages but do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free content. External links and public image sources are outside our control and do not imply endorsement.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by German law, liability for ordinary negligence is limited to breach of essential contractual duties and foreseeable typical loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health.

German law governs these website terms. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction rights remain unaffected. Where legally permitted for business users, Hamburg is the place of jurisdiction.
