Review process

The review path, from conflict check to negotiation list

How a Module Pathhub executive contract consultation is prepared and delivered.

People discussing a printed business document

1. A concise enquiry

Tell us the employer name, your proposed role, document language and signing deadline. This is enough for an initial conflict and capacity check. Do not send medical details, identity documents or unrelated personal records.

2. Scope confirmed in writing

You receive engagement terms naming the documents, deliverables, fee and timing. Work begins only after you accept those terms and provide the complete material.

3. Connected document reading

The principal agreement is read alongside bonus rules, equity references, side letters and existing restrictions. Comments distinguish legal enforceability, commercial ambiguity and a term that is simply important to understand.

4. Issue map before the meeting

The written output ranks points by consequence and negotiation value. It also records questions that cannot be answered from the documents alone.

5. Private consultation

We discuss the marked draft and decide which changes matter most to you. A typical meeting lasts 75 minutes. It can take place by encrypted video call or at the Hamburg office.

6. Clarification and next steps

One short email clarification round is included. If revised wording, direct negotiation or a specialist tax opinion is needed, that work is agreed separately.
