Cancellation, rescheduling and refund policy
Refund and cancellation terms for Module Pathhub executive employment contract consultations.
Before work begins
No payment is taken through this website. Your written engagement terms confirm scope, fee, start point and any deposit. You may cancel before work begins for a full refund of fees already paid.
After review work has started
If you cancel after document reading or drafting begins, completed time and any agreed, non-recoverable external cost are deducted. The remaining balance is refunded. A fixed-fee engagement may be apportioned by completed stages: intake and conflict check, document analysis, written output, and consultation.
Meetings and rescheduling
Meetings may be rescheduled without charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. With shorter notice, reasonable reserved preparation time may be charged. A missed meeting without notice may be treated as delivered, but we will consider illness and genuine emergencies individually.
Urgent work, deposits and completed services
An agreed urgency fee is non-refundable once priority work has been performed. A deposit is refundable only to the extent it exceeds completed work and committed costs. No refund is due for a completed written review and consultation merely because an employer declines a proposed amendment or the client dislikes the legal conclusion.
How to request a refund
Email info@module-pathhub.digital with the engagement reference and reason. We acknowledge requests within two working days and normally decide them within seven working days. Approved refunds use the original payment method and are initiated within ten working days; bank processing may take longer.
Mandatory consumer cancellation rights and other rights under German law remain unaffected. Any specific exception or accelerated start consent appears in the signed engagement terms.
