How Module Pathhub handles personal data submitted for German executive employment consultation enquiries.

Data we process and why
When you enquire, we process name, email address, selected consultation, message content and technical delivery records to respond, perform a conflict and capacity check, and take pre-contractual steps you request. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, for site security and correspondence records, our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f).
The demonstration form posts to a static mock endpoint and does not create a live case file. If you email us, normal email systems process the message. Do not send health records, identity documents or unrelated sensitive data at enquiry stage.
Retention
Unaccepted enquiries are normally deleted after six months unless legal obligations, conflict records or a dispute require limited information to be kept longer. Engagement records follow the retention period stated in the engagement privacy information and applicable professional duties. Security logs are normally retained for up to 30 days.
Recipients and transfers
Hosting, email and professional service providers may process data under contract and only as necessary. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we use an adequacy decision or approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and assess supplementary measures.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. You may complain to the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information or another competent supervisory authority.
Cookies and security
Our consent choice uses local browser storage. Details appear in the cookie notice. We apply proportionate access, transport and retention controls, but internet transmission cannot be guaranteed completely secure.
