Typical fee basis
The Executive Contract & Non-Compete Review starts at €1,450 including VAT. This covers one principal agreement up to 35 pages, one standard bonus plan, a marked document, an issue map, a 75-minute consultation and one clarification round.
A focused Post-Employment Non-Compete Assessment starts at €780 including VAT for one clause, the relevant exit documents and a 45-minute consultation.
Executive exit reviews are quoted after the documents are seen because settlement drafts, equity plans and time pressure vary substantially.
What changes an estimate
Length is only one factor. Parallel German and English drafts, several amendments, equity or long-term incentive plans, foreign-law elements, an urgent deadline, employer correspondence or a need for proposed replacement wording can increase the fee. You receive a written scope and total or capped estimate before work starts.
Additional work
Further consultation is billed at €320 including VAT per hour, in 15-minute units, only when agreed. Direct negotiation, substantial redrafting and coordination with tax counsel are separately scoped.
