Senior employment advice without theatre
About Module Pathhub and its focused approach to German executive contract and non-compete consultation.
Why Module Pathhub exists
Senior contracts are often negotiated in compressed time, across languages and against the optimism of a new appointment. Module Pathhub was established in Hamburg to create a deliberate pause: read every linked document, trace each consequence and give the executive a list they can actually use.
The working approach
The practice is led by Anna Reimers, a German-qualified employment lawyer whose work has centred on managing director agreements, cross-border appointments and executive exits. Her method begins with the commercial setting—reporting line, incentives, likely career path—before testing drafting against German employment principles.
Advice is independent and confidential. It does not exaggerate ordinary wording into a crisis, and it does not dismiss a concern because a clause is common. The question is what the text does in this appointment.
What clients can expect
Documents are read by the adviser who conducts the meeting. Assumptions are identified, deadlines are confirmed in writing and specialist tax or corporate questions are separated from employment-law conclusions. English is the working language; German source documents are welcome.
The office at Jungfernstieg provides an in-person option for clients in Hamburg. Video meetings serve executives elsewhere in Germany and those preparing a move from abroad.
